Welcome to VP Excursions! Before booking a tour with us, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Reservations:

Tours can be booked through our website or by contacting our customer service.

Tours booked through our website are automatically charged in full at the time of booking.

For tours booked by contacting our customer service, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Cancellations made up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made within the last 24 hours before the tour date are non-refundable.

A detailed itinerary, will be provided upon our website www.vpexcursions.ch

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Participants are expected to follow instructions, respect the environment, and adhere to group guidelines during the tour.

If applicable, participants are responsible for rented equipment and will be charged for any damages or losses.

Tours are conducted using a minivan.

Clients can specify their preferred pickup location in central Switzerland.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the minivan for the comfort and safety of all participants.

Participants engage in the tours at their own risk.

VP Excursions is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or unforeseen events during the tour.

Participants may take photographs during the tour.

VP Excursions reserves the right to use tour images for promotional purposes.

Participants are expected to adhere to local laws and customs during the tour.

Any complaints or conflicts should be reported promptly for resolution.

By booking a tour with VP Excursions, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
